WHAT MAKES EOS BLOOMS UNIQUE?

Eos Blooms is the only florist dedicated to bringing you stunning curated arrangements of natural preserved flowers that last up to a year with little or no maintenance.

HOW ARE THE BLOOMS PRESERVED?

Each one of our blooms is treated with a proprietary, 100% plant-based, biodegradable preservation solution. The sap and water within the plant are replaced with the preservation solution, effectively forming a still-image of nature for months or years.

HOW LONG WILL MY ARRANGEMENT LAST?

Your blooms will last months to years with no maintenance or water. To keep your flowers looking fresh all year long, we recommend avoiding direct sunlight, extreme temperatures, and added moisture.

ARE THE FLOWERS REAL?

No faux blooms here! All flowers and greenery in our arrangements are 100% natural and last up to a year.

HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF MY ARRANGEMENT?

It’s easy - you don’t have to! Our flowers don’t require any water or maintenance. For an everlasting bouquet, we recommend avoiding direct sunlight and very humid conditions.

DO MY FLOWERS NEED WATER?

No, Eos Blooms don’t require any water and it’s best to keep them away from moisture or very humid conditions.

CAN I INCLUDE A MESSAGE?

Yes, please include your message at checkout and we will add a handwritten note card with your message.

DO ALL ARRANGEMENTS INCLUDE A VASE?

If you’d like to include a vase to hold your blooms, you can add a ceramic vase at checkout for an additional cost. A few of our arrangements come with the vase included, as specified in their product descriptions.

HOW DO I KNOW WHO SENT MY FLOWERS?

All arrangements come with a handwritten card with a message from your loved one. Didn’t receive a card? It’s a sign you have a secret admirer ;)

WHO DESIGNS MY ARRANGEMENT?

We have our own team of floral designers who are experts at crafting unique, stylized arrangements down to the finest detail. Watch this space for new designs to come!

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

We ship throughout the continental U.S. (excluding Hawaii and Alaska).

HOW LONG WILL SHIPPING TAKE?

Please allow 1-3 days for fulfillment and 1-7 business days for ground shipping. We ship from New York City.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

We offer ground shipping for free on orders over $100.

DO YOU OFFER EXPEDITED SHIPPING?

Yes, expedited shipping options are available at checkout.

CAN I SELECT A SPECIFIC DELIVERY DATE?

We cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date. However, we can try to accommodate as best we can!

MY BLOOMS WERE DAMAGED IN TRANSIT, WHAT’S NEXT?

Every effort has been made to protect your blooms on their journey to you. However, accidents do happen. If you find your arrangement has been damaged when you open your box, please email us at hello@eosblooms.com with your order number as soon as possible. Providing photos will be ideal to help us assist you.

DO YOU SHIP TO APO/FPO ADDRESSES?

Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses on the current US delivery service we offer.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY DELIVERY?

You’ll receive a tracking number when your order is fulfilled.

DO YOU OFFER RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?

No, our arrangements are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged.

MY ORDER IS LATE, WHAT HAPPENED?

Timing is everything, especially when it comes to giving. So we sincerely apologize if your blooms did not arrive when they were supposed to. We endeavor to deliver on time, all the time, but if this doesn’t happen please contact us so that we can resolve the situation to best suit your needs. If your order gets delayed, the quality of your arrangement will not be affected since your blooms are fully preserved and not perishable like fresh cut flowers.

WHERE DO OUR FLOWERS COME FROM?

Our blooms are Ecuador grown, NYC designed.

HOW IS PRESERVED A MORE SUSTAINABLE OPTION?

By choosing preserved flowers, you’re reducing your carbon footprint – your blooms don’t need water and they don’t need to be replaced. Additionally, we partner with flower farms who use sustainable growing practices such as composting and biodegradable preservation techniques. All of our blooms are shipped in recyclable packaging.

HOW WILL MY ARRANGEMENT ARRIVE?

Your flowers will arrive in recyclable custom box specifically designed by our team of packaging specialists to protect your blooms in transit.

WHERE DO OUR ROSES COME FROM?

Our flowers come direct from our growers in the Cayambe Valley, Ecuador before they’re arranged in our NYC headquarters. We have partnered only with those farms who can consistently produce flowers of the highest quality.

WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?

We offer white glove delivery service in the NYC area. For businesses outside of NYC, please use our Subscription service and we will ship your blooms directly through nationwide delivery.

DO YOU DELIVER OUTSIDE OF NYC?

We do not offer our corporate arrangements with white glove delivery outside of NYC. If you’re interested in blooms for your business, please visit our subscriptions page for nationwide delivery.

HOW OFTEN WILL MY FLOWERS BE REPLACED?

Our most popular business plans are monthly and quarterly.

CAN I REQUEST SPECIFIC STYLES OR COLORS?

Yes, during your consultation we’ll discuss your aesthetic preferences and tailor your designs to suit your needs.

ARE THE ARRANGEMENTS CUSTOM?

Yes, all corporate arrangements are bespoke and will be designed based on your needs and specifications.

CAN I KEEP MY FLOWERS LONGER THAN THREE MONTHS?

WILL MY ARRANGEMENTS WILT?

No, your blooms will never wilt. Our florals are preserved to be
long-lasting and require no water or maintenance between deliveries.
