We do not accept returns. If your blooms were damaged in transit, contact us at orders@eosblooms.com within 2 days to request a replacement. If you would like to cancel an order, please make sure to contact us within 8 hours from the time you placed your order. If you do not contact us within 8 hours of placing an order, your order cannot be cancelled. In addition, if your order has already shipped or your order is a same day order, it cannot be cancelled. Email orders@eosblooms.com with any questions, comments, or concerns, and we will do everything possible to assist you. Please include your order # in all communications.
