Eos Blooms recommends booking custom retail installations at least 3-6 weeks ahead, and earlier for holiday windows. Every installation is made to order.

Can Eos Blooms install displays before store opening hours? 

Yes. The Eos Blooms team in New York City can schedule installations before opening hours, so your store is ready when the doors open.

Will preserved flowers last the whole window cycle?

Preserved Forever Flowers from Eos Blooms stay pristine for months in a retail window, with no water or maintenance. They are real flowers, preserved to keep their color and shape under display lighting. Most retail clients replace them at each window change or quarterly.

Are they safe near merchandise?

Yes. Preserved arrangements from Eos Blooms contain no water, so there is no risk of spills or water damage to product, fixtures or display surfaces. They also need no sunlight, so they work in vitrines, on back walls and in low-light interiors.

Can you match our campaign colors?

Yes. Every Eos Blooms retail installation is custom-designed. In a consultation, the Eos Blooms design team matches the blooms, color palette, vessels and props to your brand, campaign or season.

Can Eos Blooms create matching floral displays for multiple store locations?

Yes. Eos Blooms designs one custom Forever Flower display and reproduces it for every location, so each store matches the flagship. Boutiques in the New York City area receive white glove delivery and placement. Stores elsewhere in the US receive the same design, shipped with tracking and ready to display.

DO YOU DELIVER OUTSIDE OF NYC?

Yes. We ship nationwide via UPS, FedEx or USPS. We also offer dedicated freight shipping for delicate materials. Our team will help you plan timing for every recipient.

Do you offer volume pricing?

Yes. Larger orders qualify for volume pricing up to 35% off. Contact our gifting team for a custom quote.

Do you offer invoicing?
