Bloom Care

  • Add a Vase (if needed!): Depending on your selected plan, your fresh blooms may arrive with or without a vase. Put them in your own vase provided on the first delivery, or in the new vase delivered with your arrangement.
  • Trim the Stems: Keep the stems trimmed! Always cut your flowers at an angle so they can absorb more water & won’t suffocate on the bottom of the vase. After the initial cut, check the bottoms of your stems every couple of days, and if the ends are looking a bit slimy, just trim them another inch.
  • Keep Them Cool: Keep your fresh blooms somewhere away from direct heat.

    Fresh flowers typically last from 7-10 days with proper care.

    CAN I INCLUDE A MESSAGE?

    Yes, please include your message at checkout and we will add a handwritten note card with your message.

    DO ALL ARRANGEMENTS INCLUDE A VASE?

    If you’d like to include a vase to hold your blooms, you can add a ceramic vase at checkout for an additional cost. A few of our arrangements come with the vase included, as specified in their product
    descriptions.

    WHERE DO YOU DELIVER FRESH BLOOMS?

    Eos Blooms delivers fresh flower arrangements by courier within 100 miles of New York City. Local pickup at our Manhattan shop is also available at no charge.

    HOW SOON CAN I GET MY BLOOMS DELIVERED?

    Some arrangements are available for same day delivery, while others are available within 1-2 days. Please see the product description for details.

    HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?

    Courier delivery varies based on your location. Your exact delivery rate will be calculated at checkout. Local pickup from our Manhattan shop is free of charge.

    WHAT SHOULD I DO WITH MY ARRANGEMENT AT EOL?

    Once you've enjoyed your blooms for their expected lifespan, we suggest that they go in the compost.

    You can keep your vase and order a new bouquet from Eos Blooms. Just email us at orders@eosblooms.com and let us know your vase style so we can design your new arrangement to fit perfectly.
