Fulfillment
Every Eos Blooms arrangement is made to order by hand in NYC. Please allow 1–3 business days for fulfillment before your order ships. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. During peak seasons, such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and the winter holidays, we recommend ordering early.
Shipping Options
- UPS Ground: Nationwide delivery. Transit time depends on the delivery state.
- UPS 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air: Faster shipping once your order is ready.
- Local New York Courier: Available within 100 miles of NYC, with guaranteed delivery on your selected date.
Shipping options and rates are shown at checkout. We currently ship within the contiguous United States.
Delivery Dates
We make every effort to deliver by your selected date, but UPS delivery can't be guaranteed. When choosing a date for UPS delivery, please allow for both fulfillment and transit time. For guaranteed delivery on a specific date, choose Local New York Courier if the recipient is within 100 miles of NYC.
Tracking
You'll receive tracking information by email once your order ships.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check the recipient's address and phone number before placing your order. We're unable to be responsible for delays or missed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses.
