What makes Eos Blooms unique?
Eos Blooms is the only florist dedicated to bringing you stunning curated arrangements of natural preserved flowers that last up to a year with little or no maintenance.
What is an Eos Bloom?
An Eos Bloom is the most unique of flowers; it’s nature's longest living rose, preserved to last up to a year.
Are all of the arrangements natural?
Yes! All roses and greenery in our arrangements are 100% natural and last up to a year. No synthetic roses or greenery are used!
How long do Eos Blooms arrangements last?
With no moisture, no direct sunlight and no extreme temperatures your blooms can last up to a year. Every now and then dust lightly.
How are our flowers preserved?
Each one of our blooms is treated with a proprietary, 100% plant-based, biodegradable preservation solution. The sap and water within the plant are replaced with the preservation solution, effectively forming a still-image of nature for a up to a year.
Where do our roses come from?
Because quality is of the utmost importance to Eos Blooms and Ecuador has the perfect coalescence of natural elements that create the world's most coveted roses.
Does Ecuador really have the largest, most luxurious roses?
Yes! Twelve hours of daily natural sunlight, a longer growing cycle at an altitude of 10,000 feet, volcanic soils teeming with nutrients and a rich biodiversity offering an abundance of natural pollination sources, create the ideal conditions to grow the world's best roses.
Who designs our arrangements?
We have our own team of floral designers who are experts at creating unique, stylized arrangements down to the finest detail. Watch this space for new designs to come!
Can our arrangements be removed from their vases?
Yes, for long stem arrangements. However, our short stem arrangements have been carefully designed to remain nestled in their vases protecting them in transit and maintaining their beauty in your space for up to a year.
How will your Eos Blooms arrive?
Your flowers will arrive in an eco friendly custom box specifically designed by our team of packaging specialists to protect your flowers in transit.
What's inside the box?
Each arrangement is carefully packaged with a handwritten message card and low maintenance care instructions.
How do I remove my arrangement from the packaging?
During delivery your blooms are held inside a shipping box using a specially design cardboard insert. To remove your blooms simply pull the insert out of the box, place on a level surface, ‘unlock’ the cardboard tabs and carefully unfold the insert to reveal your arrangement.
My Blooms were damaged in transit, what next?
Every effort has been made to protect your blooms on their journey to you. However, accidents do happen. So if you find your arrangement has been damaged when you open your box, please email us at email@example.com with your order number as soon as possible. Providing photos will be ideal to help us assist you.
Who sent your flowers?
All arrangements come with a handwritten message card revealing who sent your beautiful Blooms. However, if you don't receive a message card it's a sign you have a secret admirer ;)
Do the flowers include a vase?
All of our arrangements, except our long stem roses, come with a vase included.
How soon can my order be delivered?
We deliver same-day in New York City. Orders must be placed prior to 12pm and deliveries are Monday through Saturday. Coming soon we will deliver outside of New York City using UPS Next Business Day, 2nd Day Air or Ground (1-5 business days) depending on your preference.
Is shipping free?
Yes, ground shipping is free, but expedited shipping and local delivery is not.
Can I choose a specific date for delivery?
We do not accept returns. If your blooms were damaged in transit, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 days to request a replacement. If you would like to cancel an order, please make sure to contact us within 8 hours from the time you placed your order. If you do not contact us within 8 hours of placing an order, your order cannot be cancelled. In addition, if your order has already shipped or your order is a same day order, it cannot be cancelled. Email orders @eosblooms.com with any questions, comments, or concerns, and we will do everything possible to assist you. Please include your order # in all communications.
